Wisconsin Infrared Systems manufactures infrared batch ovens in various styles, such as front load, top load, batch trolley, and batch indexing. IR heaters of all types, styles, and sizes can be added to these various oven configurations, based on the products being processed. They can be arranged to heat from the top, the bottom, sides, or any combination thereof, depending on your part configuration.

Infrared batch ovens offer the benefits of reducing cure times by as much as 75% over convection, significantly increasing production.
